Buddy Martin
Co-Founder & Senior Vice President
Since 2003 Buddy has been a specialist in the manufactured housing industry. After attending Temple University for Finance, he immediately started his career specializing in the sale, management, and financing of manufactured housing communities. Buddy co-founded the NMHC Group and is a member of the Executive Leadership council of KW Commercial. He resides just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the NMHC Group’s home office.
Ian Glasser
Co-Founder & Senior Vice President
Ian started in the Manufactured Housing industry in 2006. Since then, he has represented some of the industry’s largest operators as well as a number of local and regional owners. He has assisted numerous clients with various investment strategies including acquisitions, property disposition, and refinancing. He received a bachelor’s degree in Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. Ian currently resides just outside of New York City
Gary Calagna
Director, Investment Sales
Gary has worked in the real estate industry for over 35 years. As an investment real estate specialist, he has completed transactions throughout the northeastern United States and into Canada. Gary has been involved with sales, leasing, and acquisitions of various types of investment real estate and product types. He attended Arizona State University and currently resides just outside of New York City.
David Pearl

David Pearl brings 15 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience to the table. He began his career in Florida specializing in the sale of distressed assets including note sales, shorts sales and REOs. He has spent over the last decade selling multifamily and development opportunities and is a leader in the commercial real estate arena. David’s clients know him to be extremely transparent, honest, trustworthy, and persistent. His core beliefs are that honesty and integrity come first. David eats, sleeps, and breathes the manufactured housing real estate business.
Dominic Keithley
Investment Sales Advisor
After studying Finance & Marketing at Monmouth University in NJ, Dominic began specializing in the sale of manufactured housing communities. Through years of underwriting this particular asset class, Dom has gained a strong understanding of the market and the operational aspects of owning these properties. He currently resides outside of Philadelphia and is based in the Collegeville, PA office location.
Hunter Gofus
Investment Sales Advisor
Since 2020 Hunter has been an associate with the NMHC Group. After acquiring a degree in Communications from Loyola University of Maryland, he began a career in advertising. He negotiated on behalf of his clients to develop efficiencies in their spending and to ensure they received the best deal possible. Hunter has translated those skills into commercial real estate as a specialist in manufactured housing communities. He currently resides outside of Philadelphia and works out of the main office.
Jack Wilson
Investment Sales Advisor
After acquiring a degree in Communications and Public Relations from West Chester University, Jack began his career in sales where he actively sought new business opportunities and lead generated for top clients in the information technology industry. He was responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with clients and assisting them with growth strategies. Jack now brings his recruiting and sales background into the investment real estate and the manufactured housing industry. He currently resides just outside of Philadelphia and works out of the main office in Collegeville, PA.
Kristin Loker
Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator
Working tirelessly behind the scenes, Kristin assists the NMHC team and more importantly our clients to ensure all aspects of each real estate transaction go smoothly. Communication is vitally important, and Kristin is always available to ensure our clients remain in constant contact with the team. She attended LaSalle University where she studied Communications and Public Relations. She currently resides in the Philadelphia suburbs and is based in the Collegeville, PA office.
