What do you charge?

We offer our current and future clients a 100% free, no strings attached evaluation of their communities.  From there, if we agree to move forward with a sale, commission is based on the size of the transaction and the many moving parts involved in completing one.  We work with our clients to ensure that they receive the best service possible in order to complete a transaction from start to finish.

Does the NMHC Group sell RV Parks & Campgrounds?

Yes.  We frequently work with clients nationwide on RV Parks & Campgrounds of all different shapes and sizes.  Whether it’s a seasonal or transient style park, we can help!

Do you provide financing?

We are not a bank.  However, we frequently are contacted by various different types of lenders and can provide a list of potential options for you to explore.
